We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at Rebelaicious. That’s why we offer you a 30-day free return policy on all products – including custom-made items. This goes beyond the legal requirements.

You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to exercise your right of return.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Within the EU/EEA:
✓ 30-day return policy from receipt of the goods
✓ Free return shipping – we provide you with a DHL return label
✓ Refund to your original payment method

Switzerland, UK, Norway & Rest of the World:
✓ 30-day return policy from receipt of the goods
✓ Return shipping at your own expense
✓ Customs and shipping fees are non-refundable

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS

The goods must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• Have all original tags attached
• Be in hygienically perfect condition
• Be returned in the original packaging (or equivalent packaging)

Non-returnable items include:
• Personalized items with individual names/text
• Gift cards
• Items for hygienic reasons (if applicable)

HOW TO RETURN

1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN
Contact us within 30 days of receipt by email at:
info@rebelaicious.com

Please provide:
• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• Reason for the return (optional, helps us improve)

2. RECEIVE RETURN LABEL
We will send you a free DHL return label by email within 24–48 hours (applies to EU/EEA). Outside the EU, you return the package at your own cost – we will provide the return address by email.

3. SEND THE PACKAGE
Pack the goods securely and affix the provided label.
Please keep the shipping receipt until the refund has been processed.

4. RECEIVE REFUND
After receipt and inspection of the goods (within 5–7 business days), we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method – within 5–10 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately at info@rebelaicious.com with photos of the item.

We will promptly arrange:
• Free replacement, or
• Full refund (including return shipping costs)

This applies regardless of your location and is in addition to your right of return.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Liability for depreciation:
You are liable for any depreciation of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods (e.g., wearing, washing).

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and order the desired item anew.

Shipping costs:
Since worldwide shipping is free, the refund corresponds to the purchase price paid.

Legal right of withdrawal:
Note: Since some of our products are custom-made to order, they are excluded from the legal right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB. Our voluntary 30-day return policy still applies to all products.
