How does the size run?

Are the products individually manufactured?
Yes! Our products are made on demand. This means less waste and more sustainable production.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at info@rebelaicious.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
How does a return work?
Write to us at info@rebelaicious.com within 30 days with your order number. We will then send you a return label (for Store Credit) or the return address.
What is Store Credit?
Store Credit is a voucher code for the full amount of your return. You can use it immediately for a new order.
Is the return free?
Within the EU: Yes, if you choose Store Credit! We'll send you a free DHL return label. For refunds or returns outside the EU, the customer bears the costs (approx. €5).
How long do I have to return it?
You have 30 days from receipt of the goods – that's more than the statutory 14 days!
Are there customs duties on international orders?
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are payable by the recipient upon delivery and are not included in the product price.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
How long does shipping take?
Europe & USA: 5-14 business days. Other regions: 10-21 business days. As our products are made on demand, we require 2-5 days for production.
