In which languages is the shop available?

Yes! Our products are made on demand. This means less waste and more sustainable production.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately at info@rebelaicious.com with photos. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
How does a return work?

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@rebelaicious.com with your order number. We will then send you a free DHL return label.
Is the return free of charge?

Within the EU: Yes, we will send you a free DHL return label. Outside the EU, the customer bears the cost (approx. €5).
How long do I have the right to return?

You have 30 days from receipt of the goods – that’s more than the legal 14 days!
Are customs duties charged on international orders?

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs must be paid by the recipient upon delivery and are not included in the product price.
Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
How long does the delivery take?

Europe & USA: 5-14 business days. Other regions: 10-21 business days. Since our products are made on demand, we require 2-5 days of production time.
