Order processing and fulfillment
To fulfill your orders, we collaborate with international fulfillment partners:
Print-on-Demand (Printful):
Most of our products are produced and shipped by Printful. Printful manufactures and ships from various locations worldwide (USA, EU, UK, Canada, Australia) to ensure faster delivery times. The shipping location is automatically optimized based on your delivery address.
Dropshipping (CJ Dropshipping):
Additional products are stored, packed, and shipped by CJ Dropshipping, mainly from Germany and other European locations.
Shipping carriers and tracking
We work with reliable international shipping carriers, including:
DHL, DPD, GLS, Hermes (Europe)
USPS, FedEx, UPS (USA/Canada)
Australia Post, Royal Mail (UK/AU)
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information if available, once your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.
Free returns (EU/EEA)
For returns within the EU and EEA, we provide a free DHL return label. Please contact us at info@rebelaicious.com with your order number to register the return. After receiving your request, you will get the return label by email within 24-48 hours.
Returns outside the EU/EEA are at your own expense. We will provide the return address upon request.

Transfer of risk and ownership
Once we hand over the products to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you. From that point on, responsibility for the shipment lies with the carrier and the recipient.

Damaged or defective items:
