Rebelaicious uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform, enabling us to provide you with the Services.
The following terms and conditions, together with the policies referenced herein (these "Terms and Conditions" or "Terms"), describe your rights and obligations when you use the services.

You alone are responsible for the security of the login credentials for your account and for all activities on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

By placing your order, you make an offer to purchase. Rebelaicious reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion for any reason. Your order is only considered accepted after confirmation by Rebelaicious. Acceptance of your order is subject to receipt and processing of your payment.
Please carefully review your order before submitting it, as Rebelaicious may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will try to inform you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of order.

You warrant and declare that your purchases are intended for your personal use or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND INVOICING
Prices, discounts, and special offers may change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price valid at the time of order and will be stated in the order confirmation you receive by email.
Small business regulation according to § 19 UStG
As a small business under § 19 paragraph 1 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged. All prices shown are final prices including all fees.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free worldwide. The prices listed do not include customs or import duties that may apply to deliveries outside the European Union. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
The prices listed in our online stores may differ from prices in physical stores or in online stores or other shops operated by third parties. We may offer promotions for services from time to time that can affect pricing and are subject to different terms and conditions than these terms. In case of discrepancies between the terms of a promotion and these terms, the promotion terms take precedence.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made in our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.
You warrant and represent that (i) the credit card information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use this credit card for the purchase, (iii) the costs you incur will be covered by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay the costs you incur at the stated prices, including all applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Global shipping
We ship worldwide for free. Our products are shipped from various locations worldwide depending on product type and availability, including Germany, USA, European Union, and United Kingdom.
Print-on-demand fulfillment (Printful)
A large part of our products is individually made to order. For this, we work with Printful, which handles production, storage, packaging, and worldwide shipping. Printful receives the necessary data for order processing (name, delivery address, order details, product specifications).
Dropshipping fulfillment (CJ Dropshipping)
For other products, we work with CJ Dropshipping, which handles storage, packaging, and worldwide shipping. CJ Dropshipping receives the necessary data for order processing (name, delivery address, order details).
Delivery times
Delivery time for Europe and the USA is 5-14 business days.
Delivery times may vary for other regions.
Most of our products are individually made to order
made (print-on-demand), so production only starts
after order receipt. The delivery time consists of:
Production time: 3-7 business days
Shipping time: 2-7 business days
The stated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on
production location, shipping provider, and destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by
shipping carrier, customs clearance (for deliveries outside
of the EU) or events beyond our control caused
occur.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs and import duties may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
Transfer of ownership and risk
Once we have handed over the products to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our services, including but not limited to all trademarks, trade names, texts, representations, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio files, as well as their design, selection, and arrangement, are the property of Rebelaicious, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by German, European, and international copyright and trademark laws.
These Terms and Conditions permit you to use the services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit the material in the services. The names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Rebelaicious are trademarks of Rebelaicious or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission from Rebelaicious. The name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the services are trademarks of their respective owners.
You may gain access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the services, which we neither monitor nor control or influence. Examples include product reviews (Judge.me) and cookie consent management (Consentmo).
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We disclaim all liability arising from or related to the use of optional third-party tools.
Use of the optional tools offered through the website is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with and accepting the terms under which the tools are provided by the respective third parties.
We may also offer new features through the services in the future (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features will also be considered part of the services and subject to these Terms and Conditions.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Rebelaicious uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform, which allows us to provide you with the services. However, all sales and purchases you make in our shop are completed directly with Rebelaicious. By using the services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspects of the transactions between you and Rebelaicious, including any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all liability for any claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Rebelaicious.

- Damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health
